No. All rentals are month to month.

A 10 x 10 is $65, a 10 x 15 is $75, and a 10 x 30 is $125 a month.

You have 24-hour access to your belongings.

The office is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, seven days a week.

The facility has onsite security and digital video surveillance. You lock your unit with your own lock and you keep the key.

We recommend a disc or cylinder lock. The 10 x 30 has two doors, so it needs two locks.

Yes. Every storage unit here is a drive-up unit.

You can pay online through your account at any time. If you need help with a payment, call the office during office hours.

Yes. Sign in to your online account to set up autopay.

Flammable or combustible materials, fuel, fireworks, hazardous materials, aerosols, perishable food, animals and plants are not allowed. See our storage restrictions page for the full list.

Yes. Our 10 x 30 unit will hold a bass boat. Measure the boat on its trailer and call us to make sure it fits.

Yes, if it fits in the unit. A 10 x 20 is the size of a standard one-car garage. Fuel tanks on mowers and other equipment must be emptied first.

Your belongings are not covered by us unless you add a tenant protection plan. Plans start at $13 a month for $2,000 of coverage.
